Castoldi pride themselves on designing and manufacturing to the highest standards of quality. To ensure total quality control all stages of the process are carried out in the Factory near Milan. This includes: 3D design, hull, tube and waterjet manufatcuring, electrical, electronics, hydraulics, propulsion and any other system installation and a final water basin running check.

All the Castoldi Jet Tenders are mass produced and it is due to this that their constant improvement (optimizing performance, reliability and component life) is ensured. On the other hand, customization does not not allow for this, because those manufactured units must always be considered prototypes, with the possibility of defects inherent to one-off products.
