About SACS Marine

SACS Marine (trading as SACS Tecnorib) is the yard we return to when an owner wants a Maxi RIB that holds its own against a proper tender brief. Founded in 1989 in the province of Milan and based in Roncello in the Monza e Brianza province of Lombardy, the company sits in the same northern-Italian industrial corridor that supplies the premium automotive and design sectors - and that context shows in how the hulls are engineered and finished. In 2006 the yard became part of the Laserline industrial group, which sharpened its approach to build quality and customer programme management without diluting the product.

The current production range runs two distinct lines. The Strider collection covers the widest ground, spanning compact open RIBs at around 9.0m through to the 18.3m Strider 19, a megayacht-grade tender with twin-diesel surface drives rated to 2 x 1,200 hp and a quoted top speed of 50 knots - a realistic candidate for owners running large displacement yachts who need a garage boat that can also cover open-water passages independently. The Rebel line, introduced with the Rebel 47 in 2016, draws on technology developed for military and rescue applications and recasts it as a luxury Maxi RIB; current production runs from the Rebel 40 through to the Rebel 55 at 15.0m.

All models above 10.0m use vacuum-infusion construction, and every current hull is styled by Christian Grande Design Works - a consistent design signature whose low-slung, sharp-nosed profile is now immediately recognisable in any charter marina. Extensive owner customisation is handled through SACS Bespoke Operations (SBO), covering layout, tubes, deck coatings, and propulsion selection, including surface-drive and Arneson options. We'd put the upper Strider and Rebel 47 upwards alongside the strongest Italian and Scandinavian tender builders for finish quality and propulsion flexibility at this size.
